The Feeling of Being Lost

Marco Missinato shares in this video, his perspective on feeling lost, something he says he feels often.  Feeling this way is wonderful because you are about to reinvent yourself, it is about surrendering to the moment and trust what comes from within ourselves.  Marco agrees that feeling lost can be a little freaky but that is good because it triggers you to start to remember being connected with the true self.  The mind freaks because it is afraid to lose control.  He asks, “What is the worst thing that could happen?” and then suggests everyone make a list of those things but in the end they are really not a big deal.  This feeling of being lost can be exciting because there is an opportunity for something new to come into the journey of life.  Marco instructs us to just observe the emotion and let it pass because out of this will come higher clarity and more connectedness with your intuition and what needs to be done next.  Fear and making choices from the mind level can cause an accumulation of energy blockages but in reality there is only unconditional love and life experiences that support you 100 percent.
